Daily Duties at Sedgwick Inc:
Reporting to the EVP/CIO, lead Sedgwick’s Infrastructure and Technology Services organization, providing End-User, Infrastructure, and Cloud services, including Network, Data Center, Desk side compute, Wintel and UNIX services for over 14,500 colleagues. Lead 24x7x365 Application support organization providing Tier I and Tier II support for internally developed applications.
