Daily Duties at Rockwell Automation:
Directly responsible for the creation and management of the Customer Support "911" Repair Business for the Pacific Northwest including all customer repair logistics, engineering training, billing, contract negotiations, and renewals with staff of 21 Engineers, four Field Training Instructors, and two Service Coordinators.
