Daily Duties at Teach For America :

• Coached 12 teachers to defined roles in a special education collaborative teaching setting, create backwards planned and common core aligned lessons and assessments, which lead to a 70% increase in students content mastery of Unit standards in Reading and Writing • Facilitated 12 Training Sessions to 20 college graduates over the course of 6 weeks around employing special educational strategies and techniques during instruction, practice behavior management techniques in a special education classroom setting, and planning for and executing high quality lessons informed by data. • Identified key factors affecting new teachers, created individualized professional development plans, and tracked the progress of each teacher across 31 teaching competencies on a weekly basis
