Areas of responsibility include Field Service Delivery, Field Application Scientist Implementation, Training, Service Development, Complaint Management, Product Feedback, Professional Services, Technical Support, Service Spare Parts, Service Marketing, Service P&L, Customer Satisfaction/Loyalty, Customer Experience Management, and Customer Success.
