Daily Duties at Illumina:

I am charged with leading and maturing a global service business through a clinical transformation introducing new toolsets and enhanced efficiencies to drive scale, keep pace with double digit growth and to vastly improve the customer experience. The team is comprised of over 1000 employees globally and serves both research oriented scientists and clinical professionals focused on cancer and reproductive health. Areas of responsibility include Field Service Delivery, Field Application Scientist Implementation, Training, Service Development, Complaint Management, Product Feedback, Professional Services, Technical Support, Service Spare Parts, Service Marketing, Service P&L, Customer Satisfaction/Loyalty, Customer Experience Management, and Customer Success.
