• Established and implemented the technical vision with a team of 3 developers and 1 UX designer to design and implement new features for the LMS and ERP of the Institution. • Designed and implemented a micro-services architecture to improve performance under high concurrency of users as well as tuning of the DB and LMS to increase the instances capacity. • Worked with the team in an Agile environment with a hybrid methodology (Scrumban) and defined Coding principles and standards for the team.
