Daily Duties at Gal&Leo Collaborative Education Technology:
• Designed and implemented the roadmap and innovation’s strategy of the main web product. Including new B2C channel and the automation process rolling-out new architecture and marketplace platform (launched in Dec 2013 accountable for 40% revenue). • Managed 6 units including Products, IT, Processes, Engineering and Design with more than 30 employees from Software Engineers to Instructors and 30+ contractors. • Implemented Agile methodologies not only in the Engineering team but also in different units to improve the communication across them
