Planned and facilitated voluntary certification with the Sarbanes Oxley Act, which was developed to ensure accurate financial controls in publicly-held companies. Developed and evaluated various Human Resource Technology (HRT) systems, including PeopleSoft and ITS web applications. Developed training modules for Human Resource applications. Co-created HR website. Documented HRT best practices and guidelines. • Implemented HR Manager Self Service programs in 31 countries, each utilizing the appropriate regional dialect.
