Acted as liaison to Board of Directors for the HELP Inc. a non-profit dedicated to safety and efficiency. • Developed $14 million annual budget and managed expenditures to within 1% of spending goal. • Led the largest Intelligent Transportation Systems deployment in the United States. • Led Agile Transformation across four IT organizations.
