Directed financial statement preparation, treasury, SOX compliance, 10Q & 10K preparation, SEC compliance, bank reconciliations, fixed asset reconciliations, and account analysis. Managed accounting and finance transition from Chicago to Minnesota. Managed IFS ERP system similar to SAP. Managed Budgets as high as $50M , reconciled fixed accounting as high $5M, and reconciled bank cash accounts as much as $50M.
