Daily Duties at Dst Systems:
Working at DST, I spent 7 years on the DST Conversion team converting many large and small mutual funds onto our TA2000 platform. During this time, our team gelled into a well-oiled machine implementing many processes to streamline the conversion process. I moved on to a 7 year stint as a project lead supporting several large mutual funds providing: • daily support • events support (conversions, mergers, liquidations, fees, deconversions) • development I was also responsible for 7 associates progress, ensuring training needs were met, career choices were promoted and client hours were met. I have experience hiring, firing, counseling and promoting associates. The remainder of my career at DST was spent as an Independent contributor; working where needed – using newly acquired Web skills to our FanWeb client sites, creating a slick conversion process for the Full Service Alternative Investment clients, The past 9 months were spent supporting the Fidelity conversion onto our system providing estimates, leading development efforts in India and daily support of our business team updating options.
