Daily Duties at Southgate College:

• Managed the reputation of the Sports Department for high quality sport and academic services, to increase market share and create sustainable programs (million dollar Sport Department). • Duties included: developing new projects, forging local and international links with partners, obtaining funds for projects and facility development, engaged with ‘Members of Parliament’ (MPs) to attract political support for projects, and setting up ‘Service Level Agreements’ with external partners to setup sport projects, educational programs and promotional events. • Critically analyzed the Sports Department’s ‘Reputation Management’ within the internal and external business environment (Tottenham Hotspur Foundation & GB Athletic Olympic Training Centre) to enable profit and growth. • Lectured Degree & BTEC students in business and sport science. • Established and managed a one of kind inclusive ‘Athletic Education and Performance Center’ for student athletes, in partnership with the 2012 GB Olympic training venue, addressed all publications, updated the website content and promoted the Sports Department locally, nationally and internationally. • Mentored and trained athletes for national and international events in: Lacrosse (Kate Taylor- European Champion & 6th Place in the World), Athletics (Tyrone Swaray – 9.98sec Sprinter, 2012 Olympic Hopeful), Basketball, Soccer and Rugby.

Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
