Daily Duties at Keiser University:
• Performance enhancement through; technique, psychological, physical and the mentoring of athletes to achieve their dreams. • Duties include: recruiting (negotiated and signed 20 new athletes in 2 ½ months, estimated value $500,000), retained 20student athletes (valued at around $500,000), addressed logistics for the transportation of the team and individuals for State and National travel, multi-tasking on mentored student athletes to increase their academic grades, Nation wide travel to recruit athletes and promote the program, managed numerous projects, helped with a $120,000 track budget, Produced the PO for clothing and track equipment, public relations, critical decision making to resolve issue and to find solutions, ensuring athletes comply with NAIA requirements to be eligible, use different platforms to promote the program, and created partnerships to secure off-site training facilities. • Additional duties include: designing a high performance training platform for track athletes, work collaboratively to ensure the smooth operations of intercollegiate games and national tournaments (NAIA Soccer Championship), overlooking sport facilities and project monitoring, and producing digital reports.
