Directed a large IT project portfolio that included custom and off-the-shelf software utilized in all U.S. facilities. Prepared and managed timelines, scope, requirements, and specifications. Worked closely with developers on budgets and prioritization and ensured system designs met business requirements. Actively involved in data analysis, process descriptions, use case development, and workflow optimization. Prepared and delivered reports. Led the RFP and selection processes for 3rd-party software implementations. Ensured compliance with FDA (21 CFR Part 11), ISO and SOX regulations. Reviewed software change requests and updated projects accordingly. Created requirements documentation with workflows, risk assessments, and test plans.
