Daily Duties at Rti Surgical:
Promoted to direct a $10M, 5-phase global SAP implementation project. Responsible for project charter, plan, dashboards, resources, requirements gathering, prioritization, deadlines, tracking, scope, change orders, and delivery. Oversaw development, testing, and rollouts in the U.S. and overseas. Served as a liaison between business teams and consulting partners. Assisted with user acceptance (UA) testing. Conducted user training. Project comprised upgrade of all domestic and international manufacturing facilities, implementation of Finance, Inventory, Sales & Distribution, and Purchasing models at U.S. locations, and implementation of all modules for international locations.
