• Developed annual marketing and service plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives. • Directed implementation and execution of marketing and service policies and practices. • Ensured marketing communications were coordinated, supported marketing plan objectives and met organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with Sales. • Developed and managed retail and E-Commerce pricing structures. • Increased the SEO on the E-commerce site to be a search. • Increased sales from 75K annually to 250K annually. • Provided leadership in the development of joint ventures, affiliations and partnership arrangements. • Provided leadership and support for the design, development and implementation of products and service lines. • Directed market research, competitor analyses and customer service and retention monitoring • processes and initiatives. • Built, developed and managed marketing and customer service team capable of carrying out needed marketing and service strategies. • Managed marketing services department, including development and distribution of all marketing collateral.
