Along with overseeing the maintenance, controls, assets and inventory responsibilities according to the established standards while ensuring the smooth operation of distribution. • Provided day-to-day leadership and management to the department managers, while enforcing the mission and core values of the company. • Facilitated surpassed sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives. • Directed the measurement and effectiveness of all internal and external processes. • Ensured the accurate completion of reports regarding the operating condition of the company. • Supervised new product launches ensuring alignment with budgetary and overall production goals. • Spearheaded the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. • Collaborated with the management team for the development and implementation of plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization while supervising LEAN management.
