Administrative and managerial duties which help to further develop a highly-functional team of seven physicians’ and two mid-levels focused on meeting clinical and operational goals. Highly-organized, with strong attention to detail, organizing, hiring, and firing, directing and coaching office and clinical staff as needed. Excellent communicator and solving issues raised by physicians, employees and patients. Ensuring staff compliance with all established policies and developing new policies where appropriate. Trained staff on new EHR system and coached provider’s with meaningful use.
