Daily Duties at Imc Phosphates:

Directed overall purchasing and materials activities to support Florida & Louisiana phosphate operations: four chemical complexes, four mining operations, port facilities and repair shops. Annual purchasing volume, direct and indirect materials / services - $500M. Worked using collaborative approach in delivering total lowest cost of ownership for products/services. Instituted reverse selling role with suppliers to ensure IMC objectives were met.
