Directed overall operations for MRO facilities in Florida; 80,000 ft2 with seven satellite warehouses, 45,000 ft2. Managed all phases / aspects of a full scale client based logistics operation: purchasing, expediting, warehouse operations, logistics, human resources, forecasting, facility financials.
