Daily Duties at Department Of Veterans Affairs :
During my time in this role, I supervised 15 employees, served as the principal Department staff officer for internal and external issues, and directed administrative tasks for OSVA. I ensured business process efficiency through continuous oversight and analysis. One of my chief responsibilities was to analyze critical and politically sensitive issues swiftly and to advise effective solutions. I informed senior OSVA officials of significant issues communicated from the White House, Office of Management and Budget, and Congress.
