Daily Duties at Fed Ex:

Communicate in a clear and concise, and effective manner both verbally and written; hold employees responsible for meeting established goals/objectives, consistently provided feedback to employees, hold employees accountable, apply company policy, conduct daily and quarterly meeting; provide feedback on the statistic of the company; Ensure appropriate staffing workgroup/operation; evaluates staffing needs/hiring-maintains awareness of current needs and forecast for the future. Identifies training, job assignments, and special programs to develop employees for promotional opportunities. Safety-follow the organization's and location's plan on safety (e.g..evacuation plan, area safety checklist etc.,) Conduct quarterly facility inspections and DG audits; ensure proper action and follow-up on all safety issues. Controllable on Time Departures: ensure truck data for outbound departure is correct; coordinate departure with aircraft departures. Planning Effectiveness provided accurate reports to Senior Management followed up on all suspense based on deadline, completion of all holiday plans and post; Schedule work hours appropriately reducing overtime by ensuring adequate staffing, and monitor time reports for violations. PRISM compliance and training: ensured all paperwork for workgroup was complete (I-9; E-Verify, Performance Reviews, and all new hire paperwork); managed required training for all 60 employees was completed by due dates which I always achieved a 100%. Internal audits data in FAMIS system, CRS system-international; analyzed data from the MSD in order to measure compliance goals. Ensuring that the MSD reader was reading each package. CSM audit effectiveness of corrective action s plans developed for categories scored as needing improvement as defined by CSM audit process, as measured by trend improvement. Timely completion and submission of Self Audit for each audit period accordance with Corporate Audit timeline.
