Daily Duties at Loomis:
o Direct all activities to ensure the branch cash levels (approximately $250M) and inventories are in balance daily. o Manage, train and mentor 16 staff members and oversee the activities of 50 routes to ensure optimal employee efficiency and productivity. o Regularly advise Branch Manager on all projects relevant to the ongoing process and improvement efforts for the Houston Branch. o P & L management o Conduct research on behalf of various banking managers, commercial customers, customer care center and district level management to ensure zero liability losses. o Ensure data integrity of all cargo entering and exiting the transport vault. o Serve as a liaison for all departments within the facility, the customer and daily routes. o Utilize SOFI reports (Oracle Database System) in order to effectively collaborate with all management levels to forecast and plan for daily business levels. o Created new vault layout and design to improve overall efficiency by minimizing cargo movements. o Improved overall downtime and facility closing by 3.5 hours. o Accomplished zero liability loss and no injuries through monthly awareness training 4 straight years.
