Daily Duties at Us Xpress:

o Manage daily P&L and operation of the assigned account. o Reviews all credit, collection and aging reports increase cash flow. o Equipment Utilization. o Manages all aspects related to fleet managers and drivers. o Manages office staff personnel. o Monitor on-time service. o Assures all fleet maintenance programs are current on tractors and trailers. o Documented and communicated all service related issues. o Analyzes volume figures to forecast surges in business. o Develops a sense of trust and integrity with the customer. o Reconciles daily inbound bill schedule. o Maintain proper attendance and punctuality to ensure that the department is operated in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
