Strategically led the Vendor Management team that drove effective management of technology supply & service vendors supporting key business operations from IBM, HP, EMC, Stratus, AT&T, Verizon, and AT&T, among others. Led end-to-end technology vendor sourcing negotiations including RFI - Request for Information, Requests for Quotes (RFQ) and Requests for Proposals (RFP), contractual engagement and on-going maintenance processes. Drove contractual performance metrics (i.e. Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators) on vendors. . Successfully directed governance and vendor management of 7 large-scale IT outsourcing vendors. . Led critical Technologies Risk, Third-Party Vendor & Bank Lifecycle Management Program. . Delivered critical oversight of operational costs equaling $1.2 billion of expense and revenue recovery per year.
