Spearhead cost-effective contract management while ensuring sourcing partners deliver on contractual terms. Direct all facets of project and financial management in alignment with budgets, work allocations, and compliance. . Expertly develop and negotiate construction sourcing contracts and Statement of Work. . Continually adhere to comprehensive city / state building codes and safety guidelines. . Leads Third-Party Vendor Program that ensures trade vendors are meeting state compliance standards.
