• Managed a dept of 15+ desk side technicians in establishing exemplary customer service by implementing an effective customer response protocol. Our dept saw a 70% improvement in our customer satisfaction over a 6 month period • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting PC hardware issues on Intel/AMD platforms from Microsoft Windows 98 to Windows XP • Hardware knowledge includes PC and Server parts replacement as necessity to fix malfunctioning issues • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving and performance tuning skills • Ability to work in a team environment and also independently with minimal supervision • Possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
