Managed 24 Stores, $65M revenue and 300+ associates. • Exceeded sales volume Year over Year +13% by diagnosing underperforming areas of business and creating strategic store / district plans ensuring Return on Investment growth. • Developed localized strategies based on reporting, sales reports, employee productivity, CRM to drive business for South Florida market resulting in incremental $25K each quarter of sales. • Coached and developed Store Managers to DMIT and MIT's to next level positions due to challenging Independent Development Plans which resulted in advanced talent plans for brand.
