Daily Duties at Solarwinds:
• Lead 3 Managers to lead a Global team of 18 help desk staff covering North America, EMEA, and APAC. • Scope of responsibility includes: Client workstation technology, Networking, UC, Audio Visual, and related technical support • Responsible for >$2M in hardware and software procurement including vendor management • Defined the Client technology workstation profiles, roadmap and refresh plan • Defined objectives, metrics and managed team performance to ensure employees have a world class customer service experience. • The team has doubled in size under my leadership and I have guided several staff to career advancement opportunities.
