Daily Duties at Sap South Africa Pty Ltd:
Implemented various SAP HCM modules (OM; PA; Time Management; PY; ESS; MSS) as strong foundation for other SAP application. Compiled HCM modular blueprint documentation. Conducted workshops, interviews and discussions with the stakeholders, users, project managers, and the Human Resource department on the project to ensure alignments. Compiled action plans and guidelines on the implementation of HCM modules, trained users and held workshops. Guided the HCM users on the SAP System and advised them on their progress. Evaluated master data in system. Checked and corrected payroll input, making recommendations on procedures to streamline payroll. While working as HCM consultant, directed quality reviews on all project documentation, configuration, and customization of the SAP HR system (PD). Performed ESS Solution Validation testing at SAP University, St Leon Rot in Germany. Conducted workshops, interviews, and discussions with stakeholders, business users, line managers, project managers, and the Human Resource department on the project. Advised on the recommendations made to the customer Organizational Management Team and project team, compiled Organizational Management Feedback Reports and highlighted the potential risks and the impact thereof, and made recommendations to rectify and minimize the risks. Guided end users to re-build the Organizational Structure on the SAP System and supervised progress. Compiled, completed, and prepared budget estimates for RFI and RFP documentation for clients covering the functionality of the SAP HCM modules. Assisted in preāsale presentations and demonstrations to clients of the SAP HCM application. Delivered SAP HCM Academy Training (THR10 and Case Study) twice a year at the SAP Learning Academy as well as SAP Customer Specific Training for clients like Nestle, Telkom SA, SAA, KPLC and SARS. Oversaw project for De Beers Diamond Company and Lonmin Platinum, which included developing training material on SAP HCM modules, professional and customer specific learning guides, course presentation and assessment documentation.
