Daily Duties at Sap South Africa Pty Ltd:

In conjunction with duties on large projects listed above, assigned to supervise the education project s for National Intelligence SA, Transnet Pipelines (TPL), and TFMC. Managed the impact, risks and issues generated by the projects as well as project personnel, budget, timelines and provision of resources. Created status reports and communicated the project status to the relevant management. Resolved project issues and communicated with the Education Project team and other project teams to resolve concerns. Guided and trained appropriate staff. Oversaw the installation of the content development tool chosen by client. Conducted quality audits on the development process. Designed curriculums to meet the needs of the business and provided data to Education Content Developers. Facilitated courses and workshops. Managed multiple projects for large companies including Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA), AUC, MacSteel, Anglo American, and Nigeria National Petroleum Company. Assessed clients’ requests, developed proposals, and collaborated with program sponsors and the Program Review board to facilitate decisions necessary for program delivery. Maintained program documentation and updates, analyze outcomes, and shared results with the organization’s project management community. Led numerous projects for well-known clients, such as City of Cape Town, SARS, ESKOM, and SITA. After meetings with clients, conducted and compiled Stakeholder Analysis, Change Readiness activities, Communication Strategies, Change Strategies, Training Needs Analysis and TNA Report. Compiled educationand change project and resource plans based on clients’ needs and goals. Determined development standards and developed knowledge transfer plans. Performed quality reviews on education documentation and change strategies to ensure project milestones are reached. Determined training and change objectives, guiding principles, specific risks, critical success factors and company initiatives that may impact training and change, with HR, IT, business stakeholders and project stakeholders through workshops. Planned the development of customer teams. Directed and guided Education and Change project. Advised on technical strategic decisions. Coached clients and SAP project teams on the implementation of the education and change strategies.
