Led the OCM effort for multiple large-scale change initiatives at clients, such as Under Armour, American Rock Salt, XPO Logistics and Mohawk, resulting in accelerated employee adoption to meet the intended business results. Seasoned professional with proven communication and project management skills. Has the ability to assess high impact change for employee groups is complemented by her drive to manage/align expectations and her strategic ability to deliver meaningful and effective solutions that truly prepare employees to be successful in the future state operations. Experience in providing the analysis, strategy, planning, development and delivery required for effective project communications associated with a large-scale change initiative across a broad employee base. Proven talent for leveraging multiple types of communications across many channels resulting in alignment, awareness, and knowledge. Communication discipline includes providing relevant information that employees can act on across multiple levels of the organization. Experience in leading training initiatives as part of the overall Organizational Change Management program. Has a comprehensive approach provides for Change Management, Communication, Education, and Learning all to be integral components of the overall preparation/ journey for each end user employee.
