Liaised with 3rd party technology vendors for new corporate headquarters and coordinated technical support and resources in relocating 300 staff members to the new corporate facility with zero downtime to the business. Established a customer issue tracking system and corporate standard for “Point of Sale” system. Effectively executed resorts’ Wi-Fi services, resulting in a positive cash flow of $100K annually. Successfully implemented a digital signage solution for resorts worldwide, enabling “real time” information sharing to hospitality guests.
