Daily Duties at Summa Health System:

Principle role focused on providing technical and analytical assistance with the payroll modules of the Infor Lawson cloud-based ERP system. As liaison between IT and the Payroll department, responsibilities included production process troubleshooting, systems configuration analysis, third-party software and data integration. As point-person, worked directly with software vendors to address application issues, system generated exceptions, setup and configuration settings. As solutions provider, responded to immediate business systems problems while proactively seeking out continuous improvements through automation opportunities. The position required independent thinking and collaborations were encouraged.
