Daily Duties at Fullbeauty Brands:

Lead execution, development and implementation of HR best practices in a call center environment. Drive cultural changes for performance improvement; collaborative planning with Customer Contact Center VP, Director, legal, and other business partners on staffing plans, change management, policy development and execution, risk mitigation, and implementation of HR best practices; provide management guidance and counsel on performance management, conduct investigations on legal compliance issues; training and development of senior staff; management and staff recruitment/selection; oversee management offers, total compensation (IC), relocation, and on-boarding; currently developing a high-potential program; teaming for department transitions/location moves; inbound call center environment of 750 to 850+ employees; oversee HR teams with 4 direct reports; travel periodically to Indianapolis and NY. Participate in site budget planning.
