Daily Duties at Parker Hydraulic Filter Division:
• Designed, analyzed and created models of new product of F-16 Coolant Filter as well as Oil Filter of military aircraft in aerospace filter products. • Create project of product design completion specification with analysis report of new product. • FEA Stimulation analysis of filter core design including filter collapse pressure test and differential pressure test. • Developed and designed hydraulic schematics of test bed, selected components for test bed required to perform the test for required test data. • Developed top-level requirements definition, requirements flow-down, requirements decomposition, technical risk identification, and requirements verification and validation. • Performed systems integration design including composite carbon fiber components. • Estimated overall cost of test bed’s components, hardware, structure frames and labor.
