Daily Duties at Rewe International Ag:

University contract: Led a team of 7 students who developed 7 CRM concepts based on micro- and macro analysis in cooperation with European supermarket chain Billa AG. Developed and coordinated market research leveraging analysis of national and international competitors, focus groups, interviews, and surveys. Authored a 2,000+ page report of finalized CRM solution concept for in-store implementation in addition to presenting all 7 CRM concept solutions to executive board.
