Daily Duties at Affiliates Risk Management Services, Inc:

The IT Manager is responsible for the safe, secure and efficient operation of ARMS information, telecommunications and security systems (collectively ARMS Network). The Manager will oversee the information technology infrastructure and ensure that the end users of ARMS Network are properly trained and qualified on all information systems and technology. The IT Manager will work closely with Department Directors to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for their departmental needs. The IT Manager will also provide limited support for third party applications operated by ARMS such as Salesforce, ARMS Connect, SABA, Medversant and Marsh ClearSight.
