Daily Duties at Cvs Health:

Worked for VP and 3 Directors of Enterprise Patient Safety with complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for the executives for their travel and other business purposes. They included scheduling of and setting up meetings which included different time zones, video conferencing, and conference room set up. Document preparation was necessary for these meetings such as agendas, presentations, minutes. Information needed to be pulled from various entities to be able to run reports to determine scope of medical errors.
