Worked for the CFO preparing for Finance Committee meetings, produced documents for executive meetings, managed calendars, coordinated meeting set up, handled expense reporting, coordinated yearly budget meetings with all of the department heads, reviewed event pre-authorizations to ensure they were within company guidelines and attended to incoming phone calls or requests from the various department heads which needed the CFO's attention. When able to do so, referred the individuals to someone who could assist them with their requests.
