Daily Duties at Morton Buildings, Inc:
directed daily operations at two construction centers, i was responsible for 5 salesmen and 20 crewmen at 2 separate branch locations. Prepare and administer $3.5M budget and hold P&L responsibility. Develop and execute marketing strategy to generate new business and build awareness. Designed ads to publish as fliers or newspaper ads. Create offers to purchase and negotiate contracts. assign building crews to their assignment. held weekly safety meetings to satisfy OSHA requirements. Scheduled walk through and collected payments of completed projects. Act as laision between corporate office and branch location. Issued disciplinary action when required.
