Daily Duties at Barns Unlimited:

Hired to direct daily operations for Building Sales as well as Metal fabrication department, with 11 direct reports. Prepare and administer $4M budget and hold P&L responsibility. Develop schedules to maintain customer build times, inventory and order building materials as needed and acquired material for future shipment so they are on hand in stock. Manage building crews to maintain optimum schedule for customer expectations and satisfaction. Maintain the staff of the steel production and assure jobs are in the build system and scheduled for loading. Work with engineers to design plans for permitting purposes, compile payroll and issue payroll checks, calculate commission checks for sales reps,complete safety checks of the physical facility as well as job site safety. Resolve customer conflict.
