Daily Duties at Cleary Building Corp:

Hired to manage the eastern region consisting of 8 offices from eastern Illinois to western Pennsylvania. Each office consists of a 2-man sales team, erection crews and administrative staff. Responsible for: Profit and loss statement for each location as well as the overall region, riding with sales staff to insure proper selling procedures are taking place and training up when needed, job site evaluation to assure crew are building to procedure and customer expectations are being met, reviewing contracts and negotiating when necessary to close deals settling customer issues and making sure contracts are fulfilled. resolve conflicts when the arise, make planned office visits to make sure corporate policies and procedures are being followed, issue disciplinary actions when needed.
