Daily Duties at Norad Usnorthcom:

• As the Command Military Personnel Appropriation Manager reviewed and validated the Program Objective Memorandum authorization and allocation of manpower appropriation days, partnered with the Pentagon Manpower Personnel Office to manage manpower appropriation days and project future Fiscal years manning requirements/positions.   • Led and coordinated with Reserves Forces on the allocation of manpower appropriation days, submits, validates and allocates staff-days into Command Man-days System for three Reserve units assisting the Command to classification employment hires to continue to meet mission requirements with the added personnel. • Reviewed, modified and oversaw Command Joint Task and Joint Task Manning documents to identify specialized skills and staff required to meet the mission requirements while eliminating requirements for duplicative and unnecessary skills. Formulated a new in-processing, accountability, evaluations and administrative policies and procedures for Active Duty and Reserves personnel ensuring personnel is meeting Command's mission requirements. • Managed personnel programs/support for NORAD/USNORTHCOM supporting 400 Air Force members.
