Daily Duties at Us Air Force Air Force District Of Washington:
• Directed and managed workforce/organization functions for deployed expeditionary air advisory group Readiness Manager Joint Base Andrews MD. • Unit subject matter expert for all Air Expeditionary Force deployments and personnel readiness functions supporting two Force Support Squadrons. Delivered Major Command level readiness support for over 45K personnel assigned to Air Force District of Washington, Headquarters US Air Force and Air Force Elements. Briefed Director on implications of proposed actions and provide recommendations based on potential impact to the organization. • Advised and provided expert policy guidance to Air Force Leadership on Air Force personnel accountability, Air Expeditionary Force deployment tracking and operations planning using Air Force Personnel Accountability and Assessment System. • Served as the Defense Travel System approver responsible for coordinating and approving funding for travel for over 40 personnel. Improved the DTS voucher submission rate and lowered the delinquency rate by 50% by conducting training.
