Daily Duties at Us Air Force 11th Force Support Squadron:
• As Superintendent served as the focal point for Military Personnel Section training ensuring all 3S0X1 personnel were trained and up to date in all information and new procedures. Managed functional personnel problems of significance to the Major Command and Air Force Personnel Center. • Led 25 military and civilian workforce Military Personnel Section. Oversaw 50 Human Resources programs supporting 20K military families in 101 countries and 31 states. • Supervised National Capital Region Customer Support section. Restructured appointments and sign-in procedures increasing production by 60 percent. • As the primary point of contact for base level personnel programs, maintained an open line of communication with all unit commanders on matters concerning personnel-related programs. • Served as Unit Inspection Team responsible for maintaining Joint Base Andrews emergency preparedness and awareness. Conducted inspections and identified deficiencies with base exercises and real-world scenarios.
