Daily Duties at Prekons:
- My responsibility is to manage steel workshop, producing steel structures of modular buildings. - Competence fields: project planning, steel welding, material planning, workshop design. Tasks, responsibilities and achievements: - Prekons hire me to implement steel producing facility of German CADOLTO in to their facility. I have travel to the Germany to learn process, workshop and planning details. Later than I successfully built a workshop in Ankara / TURKEY. Then I managed that workshop - Prepare production plan according to main project schedule. - Prepare raw material purchasing list from technical drawings for procurement. - Prepare welding instructions and conduct training sessions for workers. - Maintain welding machines and tooling needed for production. - I had managed a team of 1 foreman and 20 contractor worker… Environment / tools: all project plans, material plans, Payment plans, steel profile cutting feasibility analysis are done in excel. I have used Automation studio for drawings.
