Daily Duties at Erdemİr Steel Production:

Tasks, responsibilities and achievements: - All maintenances were planned by me. Work instructions, material planning, workmanship were the parameters - All hydraulics have worked with %95 water glycol based fluid. I have played role writing down specification to convert all hydraulics working with % mineral based. - Water based hydraulics are built with very old technology. I am in a team to renew all equipment with newer ones. Here are some example steps of that project: o I have analysed drawings and operating instructions to make functional analysis of hydraulics. I have written down Design parameters and ILS, packaging, assembling etc. requirements. o I have drawn preliminary hydraulic circuit and first run of Automation Studio simulation. o I draw black box of hydraulic blocks, determine cylinder parameters (strokes, closed length, end styles, approximate diameters, sealing profile etc.), pumps & hydromotors (displacement, drive motor, displacement type, pressure rating, volume, redundancy etc.), o I have drawn control Valve bench table in details. o With above instruction I have written down specification and send it to Project lead. o Project Lead widen the specification with quality, procurement, financial issues. o After procurement announce delivery time I have study project plan of implementation. o With this implementation plan, Chief engineer of maintenance determined appropriate calendar to implement newly designed equipment. - All these renovation program about my responsibility were planned to done in 8 days hour by hour by me. - Since I show progression in my area, I have promoted to riskier hot strip mill area called Finishing Mill. All the periodic work done above were done also for this area. Environment / tools: Solidedge, Autocad, Mathcad, Automation Studiomaintenance database on MS Access, some hardware specific FFD analyser programs. Technical drawings of Japan, Austrian, English and USA. Several standarts including JIS, ISO, SAE.
