Daily Duties at Pro Telligent:

• Acted as an information technology and project officer expert to advise and assist the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) Information Technology (IT) Interdictions program manager with respect to Government of Mexico IT programs for data handling sharing and telecommunication systems of all information technology project activities at the federal and state levels in support of Merida Initiative. • Analyzed the costs/benefits of systems development projects, researched the selection and development of software and hardware and ensured IT activities and resources added value and capability to systems under development. • Assisted INL in defining and identifying operational mission requirements and objectives with the Government of Mexico key Merida Initiative partners in the execution of IT projects. • Provided advice to INL and Federal Government partner agencies related to planning, organizing, directing, and supporting activities identified in the individual or multiple delivery/task order. • Developed detailed performance work statements, statements of work, statements of objective, specifications, preparation of information from market research for inclusion in the development of the independent government estimates to meet strict US Federal Government acquisition regulations. • Maritime port security command centers design, development and implementation- Cargo/Vessel /Passenger targeting applications and supporting video distribution hardware. Telecommunications infrastructure. • Biometrics collection devices and data handling.
