Daily Duties at Alcatel Usa:
Responsible for U.S. Nationwide Customer Operations for all ALCATEL Product Lines purchased by my assigned customer base. Directed Project Management, Detail Engineering Network Deployment, and Customer Service. Established service deliverables to ensure superior quality and excellent customer service. Services included Repair & Return, Training, Technical Support (remote/onsite), System Engineering, Installations, Maintenance Contracts, and Cutover Services. ♦ Led, mentored, and developed a Western, Central, and Eastern Manager, who each oversaw 5-11 Engineers. ♦ Served 2500 customers across the nation. ♦ Established Budget, Cost, and Revenue (P&L) requirements for all of my departments.
