I am currently working as Sr. Technical Lead - QA in Capgemini (Client: St. Jude Medical ) having 12 years of experience in IT (QA), leading an end-to-end quality assurance process of software applications from unit testing to deployment and User Acceptance Testing, following industry’s best Quality Assurance practices. I am a highly talented and accomplished IT professional with an extensive background in Quality Assurance and a unique combination of wide range of technical, business and project management skills including but not limited to project planning, risk analysis and estimation. Currently I am managing a team of 20 engineers based at Offshore (India). I am a self-starter, team player and am eager to learn the latest technologies. I have always exceeded the expectations of my current job demands and believe in continuing to do so. I am highly confident that my current experience aligns well with your requirements and is a right fit.
